Setting up Madden 2k3 to produce franchise log files.

Madden can be setup to automatically generate Franchise log files in your Madden2003\stats\ subdirectory
(usually created in your My Documents folder) at the end of every franchise week. To enable this feature,
go to your Madden.ini file, usually located in your Madden2003 subdirectory (usually created in your My Documents folder).
Edit this file with Notepad or another text editor and look for the heading that reads "// Option Group: Stat Log Settings."
Change the "Franchise Log" setting from "Off" to "On". The "Game Log" setting should be "On" by default, if it is
on change it from "Off" to "On".
It is highly recommended to have the game generate unique filenames. In order to have the game create a unique
file, go to your Madden.ini file, usually located in your Madden2003 subdirectory. Edit this file with Notepad
or another text editor and look for the heading that reads "// Option Group: Stat Log Settings." Change the "Franchise Log Files"
setting and "Game Log Files" setting from "Overwrite" to "Unique".
This will cause Madden 2003 to generate a folder in your Madden2003\stats\ subdirectory called franLog that will
contain the weekly franchise logs , as well as supplying unique names for your gamelogs.
*** Make sure you have updated your copy of Madden 2003!
INSTALLATION

-Run D2C Franchise Manager.msi and follow the instructions.
NOTES
-------------------
- This program generates HTML pages that have been tested to work with IE 5.5 and IE 6.
- You may have to experiment with the many options to create output that you like.
- Most of the HTML options are written to a css section at the top of the generated
HTML pages. You can easily edit them from there if the results are not to your liking.
- Make sure that you are using franchise log files or gamelogs created by EA Sports Madden 2003.
(gamelogs from Madden 2002 may work, but the output has not been tested.)
- The idea behind D2C Franchise Manager is to make running online e-mail leagues easier, as well
as to ease personal franchise website creation. Enjoy!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Run D2C Franchise Manager by clicking on the desktop shortcut created by the installation. Or by locating the executable and running it.
2. Simply enter the requested information and options and hit Generate HTML.
3. View and upload your pages!

YFL StatPro is a program designed to assist commissioners of online Madden 2003 leagues
in running an online franchise.
Directions for use:
Collect gamelogs from your players and put them in one directory on your PC.
Be certain that those in your league check their CPU clocks and the Commissioner checks
his. The Clocks must be accurate so that the files are time stamped correctly and the Program
reads them properly. A clock that has the date in error will produce errors in the gamelog and
the program may assign players to the wrong team when generating stats.
Once the gamelogs are in one directory, select the sorting options for each category.
Such as Sort by QB rating, Rushing Yards, and so on. Once you have selected this information,
hit the Select Game Log Directory button and point the program to the proper directory containing
your gamelogs. StatPro will then scan the directory and will notify you of any corrupted logs that
cannot be read. Logs can be corrupted most often when they are improperly edited.
Next hit the create HTML button and it will create your statistics and compile team standings.
You may edit the web pages to fit the design of your page. Once the webpages are to your liking simply ftp them to your webserver.
